01 Introduction

Welcome to BV99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of the BV99 website, mobile application and all associated services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). BV99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan, offering sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and esports under a single account.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BV99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). Please read every section carefully. Where specific rules apply to a particular product — for example, the sports betting section or a promotional bonus — those rules are set out in the relevant section of these Terms or on the dedicated promotion page, and they apply alongside these general Terms.

BV99 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All amounts referred to in these Terms, on the Platform and in any communication from BV99 are in PKR unless stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BV99 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BV99 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under this age.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, is a breach of these Terms and will result in your account being closed.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a BV99 employee where that relationship could create a conflict of interest.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or business.

When you register, BV99 may ask you to provide documents to verify your identity and age. This is a standard process to protect players and the integrity of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already have a BV99 account and attempt to open another, both accounts may be closed and any balance may be forfeited. This rule applies regardless of whether a different name, phone number or payment method is used for the second account.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every change to account settings. BV99 treats all instructions given through your account as authorised by you.

• Do not share your password, PIN or login credentials with anyone else.
• Do not allow another person to use your BV99 account.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it if you believe it may have been compromised.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact BV99 support immediately if you notice any unauthorised activity on your account.

BV99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, multiple-account usage, identity misrepresentation or any other breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for a breach, any PKR balance may be withheld pending investigation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact customer support. Self-exclusion is also available through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings — see Section 9 for details.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

BV99 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown on the cashier page and may differ by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your BV99 balance in PKR. Processing times depend on your chosen payment provider — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• BV99 does not charge a fee for standard PKR deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are not controlled by BV99.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit, or a verified account in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section in PKR.
• Before your first withdrawal, BV99 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard process to protect your funds and prevent fraud.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds are not subject to this restriction.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all BV99 products — sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and esports. Product-specific rules may also be published on the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: BV99 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed our stated maximum limits.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or market and are stated in PKR.
• Confirmed bets are final. Once a sports bet has been accepted or a casino game round has begun, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player. Exceptions apply only in cases of a genuine platform error.
• Platform errors: If a game result, odds or payout is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, BV99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Cricket and PSL markets: Live in-play markets for PSL and international cricket are subject to suspension when a ball is being bowled. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — due to latency or any other reason — will be voided.
• Casino games: All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently generated and cannot be influenced by BV99 or the player.
• Disconnections: BV99 is not liable for bets affected by internet disconnections on the player's side. Bets already confirmed by the system before disconnection stand.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BV99 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, weekly reload bonuses and VIP cashback. Each promotion has its own terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated on each offer in PKR terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free spins that have not been played by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: BV99 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Any bonus found to have been claimed abusively will be removed, along with any winnings generated from it.
• Opt-in: Some promotions require you to opt in before depositing. Once you have made a deposit without opting into an eligible promotion, the offer cannot be applied retroactively.
• BV99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted in.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

BV99 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with games in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair outcome in poker, live casino games or any other multi-player product.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information usage or betting on events whose outcome you have directly influenced.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or any unintended behaviour in the Platform to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported to support and may be reversed.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider while retaining the associated account credit — are considered fraudulent and will result in account closure and debt recovery.

BV99 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect unusual betting patterns and irregular account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, BV99 will act promptly, which may include voiding bets, suspending accounts, forfeiting balances and reporting the matter to relevant parties where appropriate.

08 Privacy & Data

BV99 collects and processes personal data to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support. The full details of how we collect, use and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• BV99 uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data and account information.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data BV99 holds about you by contacting customer support.
• By registering a BV99 account, you consent to receiving account-related communications including transaction confirmations, security alerts and, where you have opted in, promotional messages.

09 Responsible Gaming

BV99 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming and sports betting on BV99 are intended as forms of adult entertainment — not as a way to make money or solve financial problems. We encourage every player to set a personal PKR budget before each session and to stick to it.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all BV99 account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap in your account settings. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-ups that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from BV99 through account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to deposit, play or receive promotional communications.

10 Limitation of Liability

BV99 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the Platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. BV99 is not liable for:

• Loss of access to the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's own internet connection issues, device failures or failure to log out of a shared device.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the Platform beyond what is directly attributable to BV99's proven negligence.
• Third-party payment delays beyond BV99's internal processing window — for example, bank processing times that are outside BV99's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits BV99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

BV99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
